Today, IBM is announcing the creation of the new rPerf measurement of relative performance for the IBM pSeries family of UNIX servers. This new metric replaces ROLTP which is being immediately withdrawn. rPerf is a combination of several different measures of total systems commercial performance that takes into account the demands on a Web server in today’s environment.
